Evening Outdoor Package
There are several outdoor rental sites available at the Estates. The historic winter residence of legendary automobile maker Henry Ford is situated
on 3 1/2 acres of prime waterfront property with a beautiful view of the Caloosahatchee River. The Estates Coconut Grove provides a
perfect tropical backdrop for any event.
Includes:
- Use
of the Estates from 5-10 p.m. the day of
the event.
- Free admission to the Estates for your guests
the day of your event.
- An Estates representative to supervise during your event.
- Security,
Groundskeeper, Housekeeper and an Electrician working
during the hours of the
event

Rental Fee: $3,500
Evening Indoor Package
The Estates indoor rental site is located in the Estates Museum. The Museum houses an extensive collection of Edison and Ford memorabilia and artifacts,
featuring five exhibition galleries for your guests to enjoy. The 20,000-square-foot Museum provides an interesting and charming setting for any corporate event.
Includes:
- Use
of the Estates Museum from 5-10 p.m. the day of
the event.
- Free admission to the Estates for your guests
the day of your event.
- An Estates representative to supervise during your event.
- Security,
Groundskeeper, Housekeeper and an Electrician working

Daytime Outdoor Package

Meetings Package
The newly-restored Edison Caretaker's House is the perfect meeting space for your next corporate meeting. Meeting attendees can experience
part of southwest Florida history in one of the oldest homes in Fort Myers. The Edison Caretaker's House
is fully equiped for Internet access, technological presentations and sound. Porches and garden areas allow meetings to break into small groups.
Includes:
- Use
of the Estates Grounds from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (full-day rental); 8 a.m.- 1 p.m. (half-day rental); or 5 - 10 p.m. (evening rental) for the day of
the event.

40 people theatre style; 10 people conference style
