The Inventor’s Summer Camp is back again this year!
The Estates is the place for discovering, learning, inventing, and creating! The Estates is a living laboratory, where each project or activity is designed to challenge campers’ attitudes about the sciences, art and nature by encouraging them to ask questions and discover the answers for themselves! All our programs will be filled with hands-on, active learning experiences. Each program is designed to make learning fun and each session will focus on a different exciting theme, so come for one or come for all!
Inventor’s Summer Camp
Summer camp is a five-day adventure that captures the Edison & Ford experience. Step back in time and investigate the inner workings of a light bulb, discover trees and
plants brought here from around the world and create inspired works of art.

Session 1: The Wizard’s World June 9 – 13 4-6
Session 2: The Wizard’s World June 16 –20 1-3
Session 3: The Smarts of Art June 23 – 27 1-3
Session 4: Science of Sound July 7 – 11 4-6
Session 5: Animation July 14 – 18 4-6
Session 6: Advanced Animation July 21– Aug 25 4-6
Session 7: Eager Engineers July 28 – Aug 1 4-6
Session 8: Kitchen Chemistry Aug 4 -- 8 4-6
Session 9: Wild Green Aug 11 – 15 1-3

Summer camp prices (per session):
Sessions 1, 2, & 9, cost $150 for members & $175 for non-members.
All other sessions cost $200 for members and $230 for non-members.
